# Promoting Ad Products
> Set up your ad profile and promote ad products to attract advertisers.
Enter your Ad Note product brochure and promotion info to promote your ad business on the Ad Note community.

## Registering Product Brochure
Register a brochure file to provide to advertisers. Upload in PDF format.
### Accessing Settings
1. Click **Project Settings** in the left menu.
2. Select the **Ad Profile** tab.
3. Upload your brochure in the **Ad Product Introduction** section.
### Brochure Types
| Item | Description |

| **Ad Platform Brochure** | Brochure that advertisers can download from the ad platform page. Include ad product lineup, pricing, expected performance, creative guidelines, etc. |
| **Ad Note Brochure** | Brochure displayed in the Ad Note community product list. Adrop's AI agent analyzes the brochure content to automatically recommend suitable products to advertisers. Include detailed product features, target audiences, and performance data for more accurate recommendations. |
### Ad Note Brochure Guidelines

| **Contact Info** | Please use only `contact@adrop.io` for contact information. |
| **Product Names** | Ensure brochure product names match console product names. |
| **Confidential Info** | Exclude information that cannot be shared externally. |
| **Policies** | Exclude individual publisher policies that differ from official policies, and publisher-specific booking processes. |

## Registering Promotions
Register promotional info like discounts and free trials to attract advertiser interest. Registered promotions are posted on the Ad Note community.
### Accessing Settings
1. Click **Management Menu** in the left menu.
2. Select the **Promotions** tab.
### Promotion Types
| Type | Description | Examples |
| -------------- | ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | ---------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Discount** | Discounts on ad spend. Effective for acquiring new advertisers or encouraging repeat purchases. | "30% off first campaign", "20% off for spending over \$10,000" |
| **Free Trial** | Allow free ad execution. Guide advertisers to paid conversion after they directly verify performance. | "1 week free trial", "100K free impressions" |
| **Bonus** | Provide additional impressions, extended periods, etc. Effective for increasing average order value. | "10% bonus impressions on \$10K spend", "Buy 2 weeks, get 1 week free" |
### Promotion Info Fields
| **Field** | **Description** |
| ------------ | --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Title** | Brief explanation of the promotion's key points. Write so advertisers can quickly understand. (max 50 characters) |
| **Details** | Describe eligibility conditions, usage methods, notes, etc. in detail. Include all information advertisers need to receive the promotion. (max 1000 characters) |
| **End Date** | Promotion validity period. Displays as expired promotion when end date passes. |
### Managing Promotions
* **Publish**: Make the promotion visible to advertisers. Only published promotions are displayed in the Ad Note community.
* **Unpublish**: Temporarily hide the promotion. Use for promotions that need editing or aren't ready for release.
* **Delete**: Permanently delete the promotion. Deleted promotions cannot be recovered.
Select discount, free trial, or bonus templates when creating promotions for quick setup.
