Creative Section

The creative section is located at the bottom of the campaign detail screen.

Required Creatives

The creative types you need to register are displayed based on the ad product. Each card shows the creative type, specifications, and registration button.

Registered Creatives List

Already registered creatives are displayed in a table. Click on a creative to view details and make edits.

Registering Creatives

Click the Add Creative button on the required creative card to open the creative registration screen.

Common Input Fields

These fields are required for all ad formats.

File Upload

Drag and drop files or click Select File to upload. After uploading, check the specification validation results and re-upload if there are errors. Image Creatives

Dark Mode Creatives If the publisher supports dark mode, you can register separate images for dark mode.

ReviewLight/dark creatives are reviewed together; if either violates policies, both are rejected
Whether dark mode creative registration is available depends on the publisher’s ad unit settings. If the dark mode input field is not displayed, the publisher does not support dark mode.

Video creatives require a cover image, which is displayed while the video is loading or before playback.

On iOS, the bottom 34dp is the Safe Area. Avoid placing important text or logos there.
Videos are automatically transcoded to multiple quality levels after upload. Depending on the video length, transcoding may take a few minutes, so please allow sufficient time.

Creative Name

A name to identify the creative. Enter a name that makes it easy to distinguish in the creative list.

Destination URL

Enter the page URL to navigate to when the ad is clicked. The URL you enter is used as-is, so you can freely use tracking parameters or deep links.

You don’t need to separate Android and iOS—universal links or app links work across platforms. Configure fallback handling for cases when the app is not installed through your deep link service provider.
You can enter tracking links from AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch, etc. as-is. URLs are passed without modification.

Native Ad Additional Fields

Native ads are configured to blend naturally with the app’s content. The following fields are displayed based on the ad unit settings configured by the publisher.

CTA Button

A call-to-action button. Only displayed if the publisher has enabled CTA buttons. You can select button text appropriate for the ad purpose, such as “Learn More”, “Buy Now”, or “Install”. You can also set the button background color and text color.

Advertiser Profile

Displays advertiser information. Only displayed if the publisher has enabled profile display.

Text

Text to be displayed in the ad. Text fields configured by the publisher are displayed.

Each text field has a maximum character limit.

Advanced Settings (Optional)

You can set different display schedules for each creative within a campaign. For example, you can show different creatives on weekdays vs. weekends, or show promotional creatives only during specific periods.
Advanced settings are only displayed if the publisher allows them. Not available for splash ads.

Time zone is based on the publisher’s time zone set in the campaign.

Submit

Click the Submit button to change the creative status to pending review.

Reviews are typically completed within 1-3 business days. You’ll receive an email notification with the review result.
Yes, you can register multiple creatives for a single campaign. Approved creatives will be displayed in rotation.
Check the rejection reason and modify the creative, then resubmit. Modified creatives will go through review again.
