Campaign Rejection Reasons

Creative Rejection Reasons

Review Numbers

The following industries must display review numbers on creatives:

  • Financial products

Mandatory Text

Must include legally required warning text or disclaimers.

Responding to Rejection

Check Rejection Reason

  1. Check the rejection reason on the campaign or creative detail screen.
  2. The rejection reason is also sent via email.

Modify and Resubmit

  1. Modify the creative or campaign according to the rejection reason.
  2. Click the Save button to resubmit.
  3. A new review will be conducted.

  • Ad content and landing page content must be consistent.
  • Avoid exaggerated or unverified claims.
  • When using copyrighted images or music, secure the rights.
