Campaign Booking Terms

Set the terms advertisers agree to when booking campaigns.

How to Set

  1. Click the Upload Terms button.
  2. Select a PDF file.
  3. The uploaded terms are displayed on the advertiser’s campaign booking screen.
Uploaded terms can be deleted or replaced with a new file at any time.

Payment Methods

Configure which payment methods advertisers can use.
MethodDescription
Card PaymentAdvertiser pays upfront by card. Unused budget is automatically refunded after campaign ends.
Manual PaymentSettle directly with publisher after campaign ends.
You can enable both methods or just one.
Campaigns created directly by publishers only support manual payment.

Advertiser Allowlist

Grant additional permissions to specific advertisers or allow access to private products.

Adding Advertisers

  1. Click the Add Advertiser button.
  2. Enter the advertiser’s email or domain.
    • Email: user@example.com
    • Domain: example.com (applies to all users with that domain)
  3. Configure permissions.

Permission Settings

Full AccessGrants all permissions (manual payment, access to all private products)
Manual PaymentAllows the advertiser to use manual payment
Private ProductsCan view ad products set as private
When Full Access is enabled:
  • Manual payment is automatically allowed
  • Can access all private products (individual settings not available)
  • CPP budget modification and targeting specification are allowed (if the setting below is enabled)
When added to list without Full Access:
  • Can grant access to private products individually
Private product access can be configured per product. Click the Private Products button to select accessible products.

Allow Creative Display Schedule

Allow advertisers to set display days and times per creative.

Allow advertisers to directly set budget and targeting for CPP (Cost Per Period) products.

The configured permissions apply to all users with that domain. For example, adding example.com applies to user@example.com, admin@example.com, and all other users.
No. Private products can only be seen by advertisers who have been granted access to that product in the allowlist.
No. Changed terms only apply to newly booked campaigns afterward. Existing campaigns retain the terms agreed to at booking time.
