What is Campaign Management?

When advertisers book campaigns, publishers review them and manage approved campaigns to ensure they operate smoothly. Campaign management consists of three main stages:
  1. Review: Review and approve/reject campaigns and creatives submitted by advertisers.
  2. Operation: Monitor ongoing campaigns and modify, pause, or cancel them as needed.
  3. Settings: Configure operational policies such as advertiser permissions, payment methods, and terms.

Campaign Overview

You can view all campaigns in the Booking Management menu. Filter by campaign status, billing type, Ad Products, and date range to quickly find the campaigns you need.

View Modes

List View displays campaigns in a table format. Status, campaign name, spent/budget, period, and performance are shown at a glance. Timeline View represents campaigns as bars in a calendar format. This is useful for comparing campaigns running during the same period.

Campaign Status

Campaigns progress through the following flow:
1

Draft

Advertiser is creating the campaign.
2

Submitted

Waiting for publisher’s review.
3

Booked

Approved and waiting for the start date.
4

Live

5

Closed

Campaign has ended.
Exception Status
  • Rejected: Rejected during review
  • Paused: Temporarily paused while active
  • Cancelled: Campaign has been cancelled
”Draft” status is for campaigns not yet submitted by advertisers and will not appear in the console.
